That intelligence exists in the public record. It is simply not structured in a form that BD directors can use under time pressure. Thyreon Signal is the platform that does that structuring.
The decision to build Thyreon Signal as a platform - rather than as a consultancy service - was deliberate. A consultant can tell you what they know, when they have capacity, at a price that scales with their time. A platform tells you what the data shows, when you need it, at a price that reflects access to a dataset rather than access to a person. The intelligence is the same; the economics and availability are not.
Konstantinos served as a Hellenic Navy officer before completing an MSc at MIT. He founded Seeders - a technology consultancy specialising in EU-funded defence and dual-use technology programmes - and has led the delivery of 50+ EU-funded technology projects over 10 years. He has delivered NATO DIANA programmes and is a member of SEKPY, the Hellenic Defence Industry Association.
