Continuous intelligence. Fraction of the cost.

A single EU procurement consultant engagement costs €20,000–100,000 and delivers one-time advice. Thyreon Signal delivers continuous intelligence from €3,000/year - available the moment you need it.

01

The right comparison

The correct comparator for Thyreon Signal is not a SaaS subscription line item. It is the cost of the current alternative: a consultant engagement, manual TED monitoring by a BD team member whose time has a salary cost, or - most commonly - not having the intelligence at all and making consortium decisions on incomplete information.

Consultant engagement
€20K–100K
Per engagement · One-time advice · Not available at 11pm before a deadline
Thyreon Signal
from €3,000/yr
Always-on · Continuous updates · Available when you need it

The 90-day pilot at €2,000 (credited against your Year 1 subscription) is designed to let you verify the value before committing annually. You are not buying a promise; you are paying for access to a dataset and a structured intelligence layer that you can test against your current BD decisions before signing an annual subscription.

02

What's included

All Thyreon Signal subscriptions include access to the complete EDF intelligence platform:

Access to the complete EDF award database from 2021, covering Cyber, Space, CBRN, Ground systems, Naval systems, Air systems, Energy, and Future & emerging technologies
Consortium win-rate analysis by domain, geography, and organisation
Entity-resolved organisation profiles with EDF award history - the same organisation under different legal names, acronyms, and national registry variants resolved to a single canonical record
Daily updates from TED Procurement - new EDF award notices processed within 24 hours
Direct support for data questions and domain-specific queries
Additional intelligence layers - including pre-announcement signals, Action Intelligence, and consortium gap analysis - are available at higher subscription tiers. Scope is discussed during the demo conversation.

04

Founding Member Programme

The Founding Member programme is open to organisations that sign an annual subscription before the commercial launch of Thyreon Signal (target: December 2026). It is an invitation to a small first cohort - not a mass-market promotion.

3-year price lock
Your Founding Member subscription rate is fixed for three years from your signature date. As the platform scales and pricing is updated, your rate remains locked - regardless of what standard pricing becomes after commercial launch.
Early access to new domain coverage and intelligence layers
New EDF domains and intelligence layers are added to Founding Member accounts before general release.
Direct product roadmap input
Founding Members are consulted on feature priorities before each product release cycle. Your BD requirements shape the intelligence layers that are built next.
Founding Member pricing
Founding Member subscriptions from €3,000/year.
The Founding Member window closes at commercial launch. After launch, standard pricing applies and the price-lock is no longer available.

Research Organisations & Academic Institutions

Research organisations and academic institutions participating in EDF programmes are eligible to invoice Thyreon Signal subscriptions against EU grant budgets under eligible cost categories.

We issue invoices in the format required for EU grant accounting, with appropriate cost classification for eligible expenses under EDF grant agreements. If your organisation requires a specific invoicing format or cost category reference, mention this when booking a demo and we will confirm compatibility before any commitment.
